If you love boating on the Gold Coast and have some experience around boats, we are looking for you to take on this role.

Boat Service Gold Coast is a multi-award winning Mercury MerCruiser Dealership located in The Boat Works at Coomera. We mainly work on outboards and sterndrives up to 40 feet. We supply parts and accessories to local customers and online through our online store.

About the role

You will be a customer facing representative of our Dealership for everything in relation to marine engine parts supply and online orders. Aiming to ensure our customers have a delightful experience at each interaction. Some prior experience/knowledge with parts catalogues is recommended but not necessary.

• You're enthusiastic, friendly, team player

• You love working in a highly customer - focused environment

• You enjoy boating on the Gold Coast, and have some knowledge around boats and/or marine engines (further training will be provided)

• You possess excellent verbal & written communication skills

• You hold a valid QLD drivers and marine licence (preferred) and good driver history

Your role will be servicing of Mercury Outboards and MerCruiser Sterndrives and Mercury from trailer boats up to larger boats about 40 feet.  We generally focus on newer style engines less than 20 years old.

We are a small team that focus on a high level of customer satisfaction and mechanical expertise. Technicians will receive support in the latest Mercury products with ongoing training, including instructor led courses.

The role is full time and finishing at 4pm, Moday to Friday.

About You

• You enjoy boating on the Gold Coast, and are a qualified marine mechanic or equivalent

• You hold a valid QLD drivers and marine licence (preferred) and good driver history

• Willing to provide support and assistance to apprentices in our workshop
